On September 20th, 2018, Bolloré Logistics Vietnam started the day with the annual Internal Marathon to raise funds for charity organizations and moved on to another project: the donation of 10 second-hand computers to students of Passerelles numériques (PN).

Launched in 2010, the Passerelles numériques Vietnam NGO program in Danang, Vietnam, helped and developed the Information Technology (IT) potential of the city and its population thanks to teaching students.

Wishing to bring better learning conditions to those young talents in need, Bolloré Logistics donated ten second-hand computers to PN Vietnam earlier this year.

In addition, Bolloré Logistics Vietnam supported the transportation of fifty second-hand computers from KMS Technology, Inc – a US-based global technology company, in Tan Binh District, HCM. The company booked a truck to collect the computers from both companies to travel to Da Nang city.

Through these frequent actions, the company enhances its willingness to help the Vietnamese educational system for disadvantaged students. This operation not only has an impact on today, but also on tomorrow’s high tech development in Vietnam. Through this commitment, Bolloré Logistics Vietnam adheres to the framework of Bolloré Logistics’ new CSR program “Powering Sustainable Logistics”, through one of the four pillars: Strengthening relations with our stakeholders wherever we operate.

It is not the first time Bolloré Logistics Vietnam commits to this organization. Indeed, last year the company already donated nine computers, seven more prior, ten keyboards and five computer mice.
